With all that's going in the world some of us are experiencing anxiety, don't be ashamed. Here is five easy steps that will allow you to calm yourself.
1. The moment you start to feel overwhelmed get to a quiet place before it sets in. (bathroom stall, bedroom, closet, a corner, etc)
2. Play soft music with no words or hum (the sound of waves from the ocean, rain dropping or music) will do wonders.
3. Don't feel forced to make decisions when you're stressed. Wait and calm down.
4. Meditate Often!
5. Choose someone that will help keep you calm and talk you through the issue.
