Due to cultural backgrounds, financial transgressions, and other ideologies that were embedded in our psyche before we had control, some people tend to operate in life to survive. I invite you to switch your vernacular and your language. As we move into 2022, we are operating to thrive! If the pandemic has taught us nothing else over the last two years, it has taught us that having a good, strong problem-solving strategy can make the difference. For some, the answer to the opportunity presented meant life or death.

Problems are at the center of what we do every day. Whether deciding how to get yourself dressed for work, the kids’ breakfast, dressed and off to school, or a problem at the office, providing some level of support for those who are attempting to solve problems, or discovering new problems to solve the problem you discovered, the day will present an opportunity for us to strategically solve something! It could be large or small, simple or complex, and easy or difficult; however, any problem should be viewed as an opportunity to provide an answer!
